Peter - depending on what time I have to work on Saturday [i](whether it be 8am or 12 noon) I might catch up with you two on Friday Night. Hit me up and let me know if you're going to coming in early.

 

Cap1, we're gonna be doing enough driving that day.. does it make sense to drive 20-30min north only to turn around and head back south? Anyone in Fredericksburg going? I think it makes more sense to meet at the most southern town of any NoVA person going.

Aaron, do we have to be there by 6? I know they will charge the card by 6 but I would think they would still hold our rooms. I'll call and make sure.

I was able to get our rooms near each other - this one was not so

Bobby, any chance you could get out earlier, in the case that we have to check in by 6?

 

I just called and they said we do not have to be there by 6 - they hold our rooms all night. It's just in the case of cancellation, it is too late to cancel the rooms by 6.

 

Yea, it was probably the genius I talked to giving me the bad info. =/ Sorry about that. But the one I talked to did say check-in was by 6pm.

If you call the hotel & let them know you will be arriving late I am sure they will hold it for you. However it wouldn't be a bad idea to come in town a bit early. The last thing you want to do is be late for dinner cause you are stuck in traffic.
Personally I said hit the hotel around 6-7pm, hang out until dinner at 830.
