20 minutes isn't a stretch, done it in 25

it will be extra easy to install the new one since it's a single
Well, let's see... Fish said less than 20, so I say 19 minutes to install. You say you've done it in 25 minutes. That's over 31% longer than the original quote.

BWAHAHAHAAAAA!!!1!

Plus, I'm sure yours had the same number of years and mileage on it.

You guys are amazing! You can jack up the car, removed rusted on exhaust and cat, install new test pipe and exhaust, and lower the car in less than 20 minutes by yourself? I'm getting old I guess.
I swapped an exhaust by myself in under half an hour between dyno runs. Having the hangers lubed up helps big time.

Was the undercarriage accessible while up on the dyno?

Guys, I'm not saying it's an all-day job by any means. I'm just saying that many folks do not count the total time it takes to do a task. I count everything- EVERYTHING.

lol no, I actually drove home, jacked it up and changed the exhaust before driving back. It sucked.

I had recently swapped it though so no problems with the bolts.

That cat rattle you're hearing may be your clutch. Do you hear it only on deceleration?

nope, it is there upon start up, is there under acceleration, etc. Occasionally if I hit a bump or accelerate fast, it will stop momentarily, but i think it's just a chunk of the honeycomb getting lodged temporarily and not rattling around
