In all actuality, the food was worth a lot more. I was a chef for 8 years and everyone that knows me, knows that I know what I'm doing. I spend an ass load of money and recovered a little over have the money. Am I complaining no. I'm just happy that everyone had a good time. And that was just what I put in. Not to mention the wings, pastries, hamburgers, coffee, etc...

I can attest to that statement... You sure brought some very nice bites to my party, and didn't ask for a dime from anyone. I know I appreciated the effort, and the quality of the food.

I hate to ask for anybody to pay for food when we hold a party, the first one I spent well over $300.00 bucks just on food alone, and a couple folks chipped in some bucks, etc. But the last one I decided to ask everyone to bring their own, just so nobody feels like they are paying for something they aren't getting. Tough balancing act, but most of the peeps in the Mid-A are willing to cough up some $$$ for a great time.

Sounds like he felt cheated spending ten bucks for what he eat. Fine then, offer the FIVE you did have to offset the cost, and trouble, that someone else went through for YOU to have a good time. Amazing that people think this is all easy and free. Must be the parents. Let's find his parents and kick their arses...

J/K...

I guess he's just not a social or "team" person... You can't understand where we are coming from unless you are capable of seeing the benefit for the collective whole...

I mean dude, come on, I brought stuff and I knew I wasn't even going to eat. I just wanted to be a "team" player so I did what little I could to help make this event for every one else be a bit better.

Keep in mind that none of my posts are meant to be offensive to the person. I am not attacking anyone. I am merely critiquing the actual acts and events...

Yea I know who you are talking about now. How can you afford the S but not be able to come up with $10. Its not like you didn't post in advance what people should bring to the meet. As I recall he didn't even bring his own detailing supplies.
