OK...well, I got used to a Saturday drive, I guess, since I went in '03 and '04. I personally wouldn't drive for several hours on Sun, then drive home to DC. But that's my choice, as you said. (P.S. His name is Vito, but thanks for your kind words. )

OK, J - well, you've made my point for me again, I think. I like the drive and socializing. In the years I went the drive was much longer - three or four hours. So the fact that it has been cut by half just doesn't do it for me. It almost seems like an afterthought versus two days of autocross and track. Anywho, that's my last word on the subject.

hey guys i was just on the chat about FC friday format this year....there hasn't been much uproar in here about the FC format for this year as far as track day on friday is concerned for a more novice driver, like me.

jfo and billman250 have decided to have a follow the leader track time in the afternoon on friday for the spirited driver that has limited or no track experience. this will happen after the open track for the experienced guys is done.

they ask that everyone who want's to participate in the FTL be to the track by 2pm...and a short tech session will follow soon after and then on the track by 4.

keep your eyes on the FC thread for other updates
