I figured this would be the case. I still hope there is a good turnout of mature people with nice cars to look at on my walk into the movies through the parkin lot.

So what you are saying is if anyone has a lowered car and aftermarket exhaust, they deserve a ticket? A lot of police officers in the VA MD DC area will pull your ass just to mess with you if you have ANY aftermarket parts. Do those people deserve a ticket if they are not doing anything wrong? Just because it's a law and on the books does not make it right or smart.

Same thing where I was. Thought the movie was pretty good, but there was A L O T of in it. especially in the opening scene.
uhhhhh so what your saying is that every other fast and frivilous movie was completely true to driving and realism. like drifting through the streets of tokyo? shifting gears 11teen times? hitting the NAWZ button and getting tunnel vission? and a street DSM actually cutting a 10.0 on the 1/4mi. excuse me the street light to street light track? I think NOT. All of these movies are packed full of unrealistic driving garbage. and dont forget these movies are what started this whole discrimination against imports by the cops, b/c we all "race" all the time.

No, I'm just saying it's completely ridiculous that you can do a J-turn at 60 mph, without losing any speed for one. I would say more, but I don't want to spoil it.

most of the stuff is "doable" but some is just clearly not

I don't think they deserve a ticket if they drive like normal human beings, but from Farifax County's pov they do.(as far as aftermarket part goes) But on the other hand if some shmuck is driving through my neighborhood at 3am with his non resonated, no cat, motec exhaust, waking everyone up deserves a ticket.

Dude, had we not seen the first installment, we would never have considered buying an import. So not all the publicity has been bad. A stock S2000 will garner zero add'l attention from authorities. In fact, comparatively speaking, the car is bland by today's standards. Adding a fart can, slamming it, and putting gawdy wheels(usually coupled with the fact that they don't fit properly) on it definitely ups the attraction factor... in a bad way.

I like the franchise and I'm old.
