i recently bought my s2000 and just realized that the oem exhaust tips are supposed to be chrome/silver. the previous owner painted them black, so i'm just looking to replace them to look oem.

is anyone willing to swap or sell me their oem tips for really cheap? i know a lot of you have after market exhausts and just have the originals laying around, so if someone could do me this favor, i would really appreciate it.

thanks,

joe

you could try to polish it back to chrome by wetsanding it. If you posted pictures of it we could see if we wanted to trade or not.

try to post some pics.

If you want to buy them outright they will set you back about $120 a pair new.

Sanding or stripping should easily remove the paint, then polish with a high # grit sandpaper.
