I used a heat gun and a baseball bat when I still had my OEM fenders. Or you could just cut the lip off with a dremel and you won't have the risk of cracking the paint.

Andrew's offer ain't bad. Even on special as I saw in the SOVA thread of similar interest, the guy doing the fenders was charging $50 per fender vice the normal $75/fender.
