FFX Honda
Summary: I heard clicking from rear of car...took to FFX Honda
Results:
- They covered my drivers seat with plastic (never done before)
- My car was driven to the bay before I could even finish checking it in (never done before)
- I was called immediately when the car was ready (never done before)
- I was told what the problem was (spindle nuts loose)
- I was told everything was done free of charge even though it wasn't covered under warranty (since it was just an adjustment)
- I pick up my car in working order again.
Now...I have no idea what the heck happened there because I saw all the same old managers, but for once...I have nothing negative to say about my visit to Fairfax Honda. Since I posted the negative I thought it would be fair to post the positive. A very big
to Tony and Fairfax Honda. (for once)
What they said they did to fix the noise: "Cleaned, lubed, and adjusted splines on axles and properly torqued spindle nuts"
