Default Fun roads to Gettysburg

I'm headed to Gettysburg next weekend for a meet, and want to go back roads up there. So far my plan is Route 15 from Leesburg all the way up, but if there are more fun roads than 15, let me know about them. Thanks.

deb, the only fun roads that i know of up around this area are more north of here going up towards the mountains. you won't be going by any of those roads on the way up or even around gettysburg. you would probably only see the roads if you guys went on a drive or something on the northern roads up around the mountains in orchard country.

What? You didn't hear the Invidia/testpipe last night? Now the trick is to keep her running for the SF '07.

Turn RIGHT (North) onto SR-17 [N Church St]
Turn LEFT (North-West) onto SR-77 [S Main St]
Turn RIGHT (North) onto SR-64 [Smithsburg Pike]
Entering Pennsylvania
Bear LEFT (North) onto SR-997 [Anthony Hwy]

It's a great drive

15 - up through point of Rocks and out thru Fredrick is a nice drive. I go to harrisburg frequently, and that is usually my route. BTW - carlisle has the "FALL CAR SHOW and FLEA MARKET" this weekend - since you will be only 20 minutes away - be a nice event for the entire meet....should be s2ks and parts there...Fall Carlisle is not a specialty show - open to all cars. I will be going saturday. Hope this helps -

from what i hear rt30 between chambersburg and gettysburg is fun....nothing to crazy but it's pretty smooth road through some hills. luckily you won't have to drive all the way from chambersburg

the only thing that "could" suck is traffic driving through town in g-burg. traffic in that town REALLY stinks, but if you have time you'll be ok. rt15 comes up on the other side of town closer to the restaurant ya'll are eating at
