Default Ghetto idea...or ingenious move?

Well, I am looking to powdercoat my wheels so this is what I've devised... I bought a 65 dollar wheel from ebay and I'm basically going to coat it...then switch it with another wheel, coat that, switch it etc etc etc... Which basically means that I'm going to be rolling around College Park with 1 black wheel, then two, then 3, then all 4.

Opinions...? And please don't make fun of me if you see a blk s2k with 3 black wheels and 1 chrome one.

One problem...for two of your wheels, you'll have the wrong size. You don't want to be driving around like that for long. How long does the process take?

I know most of the powder coaters around here have a minimum job charge. Likely more expensive to have one wheel done four tiimes than four wheels at once...

Why not buy some cheap jackstands from sears, take all four in, and do without your car for a few days? Even if you have to rent a cheap car at $30/day?
