Default Good but cheap place to get bumper repainted?

As some of you may know, I damaged my bumper going to Fall Colors all the way back in '05.

Well, I finally bought a replacement bumper/lip from another s2ki member. It was advertised in good condition except for some rock chips. The bumper arrived today and the paint has cracks in it ... I can only assume it was damaged in shipping. Unfortunately the shipper did not declare a value on the bumper -- in other words, he didn't put insurance on it. So I am SOL except for maybe $100 from FedEx.

In any case, I need to find a place to repaint the damn thing already. Hoping to not spend too much money repainting it ... Maybe even a place that can just do a really good touchup job?

Anyone know of a place that does quality work but won't charge an extraordinary amount of money?

Incase anyone is curious here is a picture of the cracked paint:

And a picture of some other damage (not really sure if this was shipping damage -- might end up rubbing out with some claybar anyway):

Thanks for your help guys.

-Ryan

Silverstone is the hardest oem color to match, even harder than Spa. Good luck, Ryan.

Brian, (O-turn) knows a paint guy... or he did at least. I've been meaning to call him up to get a quote on how much to re-paint my lip and bumper.

I do indeed know a paint guy, but he would need the car there to blend and match, I guess I would need to talk to him about how long he would need the car...

My S2000 is a "weekend" car, so if I needed to leave the car for a few days to paint the bumper that would be ok with me.

Do you have a rough idea how much it would cost to repaint the bumper?

Thanks for the offer. My S2K is still in storage right now so I'll let you know once the winter is over and I get the car back

Anyone else know of any other places? Somewhere in NoVA maybe?

Or should I just be looking at a normal body repair place that would cost more but should be able to do it right?

Ryan, my guy is pretty good, but it's down here in Fredericksburg(the reason I didn't suggest it earlier).

What do you think it'd cost roughly?

I know if I went somewhere local in this area like D&V Autobody (I know some people here don't like 'em but I've used them twice and had good experiences both times), it'd probably cost around $500+.

So an hour drive down to your neck of the woods wouldn't be out of the question, esp if I could drop it off on a weekend or something (read: no traffic) and pick it up the weekend after or something like that.
