Default Good junkyards?

I just pick up a 97 civic hatch for daily driving duties. Anyone know of any good pull it yourself junkyards in the area? It's normally a fairly absurd process explaining EXACTLY what you want over the phone only to find that it's in shitty condition once you get there. I'd rather pull the parts myself as needed. Anyone know of good spot? Anyone been to crazy ray's?

I haven't heard of any pull-your-own-parts "Automotive Recycling Centers" around here... let me know if you find one.

Generally Brandywine has some good stuff

yeah, I'm going to check out the one I've found, it's a buck to get in, figure it's worth the dollar and the hour of time this saturday to go see what they've got. Found one in southern PA as well, so I'll report back.

I've just found they're usually the best route as you know what you're getting and you get the "oh, yeah, while I'm here I'll grab that" effect as well.

I've been to crazy rays, like you said its a dollar to get in, the imports are all the way in the back. They have a decent amount of cars, but usually you have to get lucky to really find what you need. Worth going though if you have never been.

97 isn't "older?" I want it to be older. Older = cheaper.
