Yes. I would check out the stafford shop. Its newer and I've watched the painter work. He is really good. I worked out of the store that sold them their paint materials.
They may be even too good for what you need. Painting something black isn't really a big deal as long as you have the right equipment, good materials and a clean booth.
If I were you I would just go to some collision shops near you and ask to check out some of the vehicles that are waiting for customer pick up. Thats the best indication of the quality of their work. Your biggest issue may be finding someone willing to colormatch 8 year old paint.

I'm in richmond right now. We have a store up in fairfax(I was there for only a couple months). I can give them a call on some recomendations and post tomorrow evening.
