But to the OP, sucks that you had to get rid of the S, but I think you made the right move. While I obviously think the S is a great car, it's not worth that high of an insurance payment each month. I don't think I could stomach paying more than say $200/month on any one car unless it was something like a C6 Z06.

Good lord, what horror stories of high priced insurance around here!

I guess I better continue to drive as if there is a cop sitting over every hill or curve in the road!

I pay $160/month for full coverage on 02 S2000 and 01 Prelude and liability on 91 Accord and that includes a $15,000 life insurance policy add on.
