I might be in depending on where/when (I'm in Wmsbg). Might be taking the wife to Charlottesville in the S2K at some point and will probably map out a good route.

Though I haven't done it from the Richmond direction, if you can get on Route 5 coming towards Williamsburg, it's a great drive through the woods with nice scenery (some good side/back roads too).

There's a new BBQ place (Hog Wild) on Rt 60 just west of Williamsburg that is supposed to be excellent.

We could do a Dragon-ish type meet in the March Meltdown area. What I mean by that is to all meet up at a place where we can eat, then caravan through the route we take up the mountain to that big pull off on Skyline Dr. then just let people loose to cruise Skyline or attack the up/down routes........or go feed the llamas

I can put this together if someone from that area can help arrange the food.

I have much of the route info from Rodney and previous threads

I was hoping for a fall foliage type run... As long as it doesn't interfere with the Oct. 23 AutoX then I'm in.

You want to be a leaf peeper huh - you can do that there

It won't be Oct 23rd - probably more like the 1st or 2nd week of November.

This way I can convince the girlfriend to go! She's all about going for a ride down the Blue Ridge Parkway or something but this way I can socialize with some other S' owners.
