i never got a letter to get my 2nd emissions. had the car 3 years now

If you're car is lowered to the point where you argue that it can't get past the rollers they give you an exemption and let you leave.

You should have gotten a due date with your last inspection. They just mail out a reminder. I would get that taken care of. You might be incurring fines.

Well I would much rather just use someones that is not being used. I just don't know you and its just to risky for me, but we can sure chill. I live off of 228 heading towards 210 coming from Waldorf. No offense and I hope you understand, that exhaust is like a gem to me.
