Have your VIN handy and visit

www.recalls.honda.com

Enter your VIN in the correct field and click on 'Check VIN for Recalls'.

Our S was manufactured within the years mentioned, however the recall site indicated we did not need the service :-)

Hey guys, I have a 2008 S2000 CR and my car had the same problem with the brake booster that all the 06 and 07 s2k's are getting now. So anyone with a 08 or 09 you may have the same problem. FYI Honda did not fix the problem under the recall for free but they did knock the price down from $760 to $260

What problem were you having, just less brake boost?

Took my car in yesterday. The part was OK and did not need replacing.

I got my notice letter a month ago. Will be making an appointment to take mine in too just in case. I hate going to dealerships...

So they didn't replace it...? Figured they would for liability reasons with a recall.
