Ah sankyuu.

So I was reading:
"Ride on track at full speed with a professional driver."

How does that all work out? I would love to get a few rides!
hyper rides are given on the jefferson circuit, $40 for about 20 minutes.

BSR cars (you know, those big lumbering, 4 door, 3 pasenger caprices with police packages) are driven by the instructors, and, well, maybe you can call us professionals since they pay us $100 for the event. but it is still fun since most of them are setup for oversteer and to give people a fun ride, they try hanging the tail end out a few times, get with other cars and do passes with late braking, round robin drlls, etc

i will be on the main track doing instructor duties, mainly because instead of the $100 for being at jefferson we get 3 sessions each day on the track in our cars. if you are there and just want to ride along, my 360 has an open seat and i won't charge you for it (donations accepted though, gas costs and all.....). just track me down and let me know, more often than not i end up going out alone because people are too timid to ask.

Your welcome to get a ride with me as well as long as you don't try and hop in as the group is headed out of pit

It will take a couple minutes to get the 6 pt harness adjusted and communicator in your helmet so just stop by 5 minutes before the run.

Since I drive a lowly Miata people are always asking for rides, sometimes I run an event and have a passenger at every session.

well, if'n you got one, and i got one, we can play me zoomin down the straights, and you trying to eat my bumper in the carousel, after i slow down and let you catch up of course....

on the main track i can HP away from you little guys and put you down a lap, unlike the shenandoah where the straights are not long enough for me to get far enough ahead that you are not able to close back up on all the twisties.

just a shame i cannot take the race car out there, NASA just don't have nuttin for open wheelers....

I think NASA has a new class for open wheel cars.
