That everything came back OK. How did the other S2000's do?

unfort..... on saturday the racing was red flagged quickly due to a legend car attempting a pass on a spec racer type car and instead skidded into the back of him.....which then led to another spec racer to check up....which lead to a white integra to plow right into all of them....which lead to a red S2000 to get into the mess as well..... fair amount of front suspension damage to the S2000.

White S2000 had some cut out issues on saturday....he finished 8th.....JFO and Tim changed the rear diff..... which cured the problem somehow (not sure how...but it did).... Sunday JFO finished 5th about 2' off my door...
Nice meeting you as well. Barrie had a some pepper spray with her so I felt comfortable letting her hang out with Cale. Besides, Cale and I were busy chatting up the Hankook girls. That really has to be about the worst job ever, walking around in heels and a little miniskirt thingy in a crowd of drunken, west Va drifters for the entire day.

That red Civic had such a large spoiler on the back that I thought it was an Integra

That crash Saturday was a bad one.

The Sunday race was interesting, it looked like JFO was ahead of you after the first lap but you were ahead of him by the second lap? I did not get to watch the last lap becuase I went out withthe group right after your race. Did all the traffic have a significant effect of the the results?

the accident was a little different...

a SRF was coming thru 10, started to slide to the inside, corrected a bit, but now sliding to outside causing a legends behind it who had started to avoid to the outside to run off the road into the gravel, but able to continue.

the srf was still trying to save it and came back to the inside where the white integra was trying to avoid him by doing the correct thing, aim where he was when he saw him sliding. after that, the 2d srf was also to the inside and hit the integra and the red s2000 slid into the srf with no real idea of which way to avoid or where the cars were at coming into 10, with all three pretty much blocking the entire track about where the wall begins.

all comes down to in a spin, both feet in. had the srf just accepted he was out of control and locked it up, he would have skidded out to the gravel and been the only one involved.

did not see a video. was in the tower in turn 10 and saw it live. i did not see any contact between a legends and srf. naturally, eyewitness testimony will never match video surveillance.

i first saw the srf with its tail wagging about the apex of 10. if the legends bumped into him prior to apex it happened at a place i was not looking, but that would explain loss of control to the srf. at end of incident the was the lead srf next to the wall, the integra next to the grass and the 2d srf and s2k on right side of track almost directly in front of the tower. there could have been another srf in the lead, that was bumped by a legends, causing what i saw as the lead srf to check up/lose control, but i do not remember seeing that. the only legends i saw was bouncing down the gravel to the outside of 10 and continuing.
