more than likely my deductable is more than the damage.

my luck the damage is like 450 and the deductable is 500

That's why you don't let it go to court. It shouldn't get that far. You catch f***ers and some serious street justice should ensue. They should remember you every time they look in the mirror for a very long time. I HATE people that don't respect others and their property.

knowing the system, I would lose too.

i can see it now

"if i woulda known he was watching i never woulda tried to steal his shit!"

the jury - "hes right hes got a point! it was a set up!"

counter-sue time . . . . .

but yea i just went back out there again to look. its about a 2-3 inch depression (or from inside a dent). it cant be no more than a 300 dollar job just to bang a piece of metal back into place. i bet they put the jack in that area b\c the car was so low that they couldnt even get to the diff. if the ****s are reading this, MY SUSPENSION MODS OWN YOU BITCHES!

ok thats all lol.

if this is the case, i would look real closely at your fenders (especially rear) if they attempted to pick the car up at the wheel wells to get it on the jack, then you will notice (not sure what to call it) a kinda dent when light reflects right.

Sorry to hear about that.

A few people have some good points though, it's a lot better that they just did the bit of trunk damage as opposed to getting away with your wheels. Sure, you can think about it in the mindset that "I would have to pay a small deductable and then get brand new wheels & tires.". However, you also need to remember that your car would be sitting in a garage on bricks. It's not like you can easily drive it home... plus you'd have to wait for insurance to take care of stuff.

Reading on VaDriven, it appears that there have been many acts of vandalism recently. I have heard of a few people who have had their tires slashed in their complex, both modified and stock vehicles.

I blame it on MTV and video game violence. j/k

But really though. The acts of theft are just lame, kids need to get a job and purchase their own mods - stop trying to steal someone's stuff. In regards to the vandalism, I have absolutely no respect for anyone who tries messes with someones personal property, whether it be in act of rage or simply because they think it's fun.

Oh yes it would NOT got to court and YES it would be entrapment! Entrapment so I could catch them biznitches and fix my car with there body parts! A few broken fingers and a couple of crushed wrists should do the trick! Oh and a crushed big toe (love watchin the tip blow out) that way it's a little harder for them to get around.
