I work with UPS everyday and find their drivers very courteous and professional. Your order was probably shipped Ground and there is no guarantee of a delivery time. Sometimes my guy shows up at 10, sometimes not until 2 or 3 so we adjust our business deliveries accordingly. I know it's frustrating and you had your day arranged but depending on the way the trucks are loaded and how much is loaded directly effects his delivery times. Give the guy a break, they work hard and do the best they can.

But yeahi understand how things can be mixed up, it was monday also the start of the work week. i was just being very impatient because i wasn't sure if they would get here ontime before i left for school. i'll try and slap some pics up tommorrow errrr wed.
