Arrow import tuning garage

I need to get ahold of Gary at ITG, since they are refusing to respond to my emails.

I paid for a set of coilovers to be sent second day air last thursday, which I have yet to receive.

Does anyone have there phone number? It is not listed on there website.

I wish I could help, Chris. While they are not one of the newest sponsors, I have not allowed myself to order from the "new" ones because I fear getting jacked. Pretty sad that one is afraid to buy from a board sponsor.

Odd, I thought Gary to be extremely responsive when I had some issues on my end with PayPal last year... Email response was great...Even this year with a set of convex mirrors.....Maybe he is on vacation?

About one year ago I had worked with him in regards to a set of Buddy Club Race Spec Coilovers... in fact I do think it was exactly one year ago!
He was pretty responsive with me over PM, rather quick to reply.

Shortly following our transaction I had contacted him about purchasing a set of Buddy Club Coilovers again.. this is when I was looking at purchasing the 350Z for a secondary vehicle. The second time around I never heard anything back from him.

I did receive my coilovers yesterday , 5 days late

I don't feel jacked yet. Gary finally responded to me last night. I want to give him the opportunity to right this with me.

My frustration lies within the fact, if you've got an order to place, reaching most vendors is relatively easy. Once they have your money, you can say bye bye to customer service. The quickest way to piss me off is to ignore me I am sure, there are other vendors willing to please me , if ITG doesn't.

Because he was trying to get the money.

This is the second time I've dealt with them, and Gary was very helpful last time.

Just checked... I did order the AUT cooling plate from them. It came quickly and in good order. I never had any contact with them though... just ordered online and then received e-mails for shipping.
