Default Invidia: So happy again...

I purchased a V1 dual Invidia used from HARDtoTOP (out of state). Arrived in super condition. Came with original version silencers (this was a must-have for my shopping list)...and a nice twist: he'd had the OEM resonator & piping to the catalytic converter welded to the Invidia, cutting out the drone the V1 was prone to . Spent the evening doing something perhaps a bit blasphemous, but steel wooled the entire exhaust, then rattle-can sprayed it from tip-to-stern using high-temp flat black paint. With no 'bling' hanging out of the arse, The Bruised Banana may yet be less of an ticket-draw for the po-po . But the sound when you get on it?...pure Invidia V1 sweetness

Yeaaaah! I'm a happy fella! Just thought I'd share

- Dave

Someone suggested the OEM resonator to cut out the drone since it's driving me nuts. Interested to hear what yours sounds like

Congrats Dave! With the black exhaust it's starting to really look like a "Bruised" Banana.

Hi-temp black paint is the best. You can't mess that stuff up.

I'll try to get some pics tonight. It was kinda late when I'd wrapped up the install & drive (to 'bake' the paint ) last night...

I kinda fully expect that road debris may create any number of 'nicks' to the paint on the cans. But, hey, as often as I need to, it should be as simple as a quick wipe-down...then shoot spray a lil' touch up on 'em
