Default its me again...wtf

I noticed my car had a slight knock to it when I would come to a stop. It was only every now and then I'd hear it. I changed my diff fluid today and the car is 10x louder now it almost sounds like a flat tire flopping when I'm slowing from about 10 to 0.. any info? Thanks ahead of time
