Formula D is at summit point in WV and Its $20 if you buy tickets in advance.

The Formula D event starts at 10 and ends at 5. Drifting starts at 2. If that is what we decide on doing I figure we can start a drive around 10ish, grab lunch around noon and be at the track around 1-130ish. If we go the route of just driving and eating we can just decide on a place to eat and go from there.

There are many places to eat less than 15-20 minutes from the track. I would suggest getting to the track 1 hour prior to the show since parking might be far from the track the and walking trough the complex takes time. There is also a car show and a bikini contest during the day.
