Got you a trademark application form... pm sent. I also found the forms for applying for a LLC, but i assume you can get those where you apply. Were you looking for an agreement between you and a partner or for you to register the LLC? If just the form to register, i have it and will send to an email address, just pm me.

 

If you have the paperwork for a sole owner send it over with the other form. It began as a partnership but I think they other guy bounced once he found out I was not going to do all the work. lol, Better now than later.

 

Sent the ones i could find... the LLC is for VA, i thought thats where you were, but if you are in MD, it will not apply.

For the Trademark, its a standardized form you just fill in the blanks. Sure its no 10k form, but probably what you would receive for the 100.

 

Stick with the LLC if you can... it will save your personal assets when something goes wrong. the paperwork should be free from the appropriate offices (the same ones you turn the paperwork into!).
