when I really cared about my car I actually layered the OEM with the SOS. The reason is because the OEM is softer and doesn't scratch while I had a few scratches from the SOS.

Is the OEM cover not waterproof? o_o

I'm an S2Newb, so... I want to get a cover that I can put on my car in heavy rain and the snow because I'll more than likely have to park my car outside during the winter. Is there a recommended cover for that?

it's not waterproof. however what i've noticed is that with other car covers the material underneath is harsher. and condensation gets under there. with the OEM car cover layered with the weatherproof one it ends up protecting the whole thing from freezing condensation. and the scratches from the harsher materials.

Yeah i would get the OEM car cover and Spray that water proof stuff on it just because its so soft and nice underneath. I worked at honda as a Lot porter and my discount on the cover was like 170.00 so that a good price.
