most aftermarket bumpers are...unless you get carbon which is usually 2x the price.

ings+1 is fiberglass also. they have a hybrid version but it's just a fiberglass derivative...nothing like ABS plastic. but it is pretty durable. it's never cracked or broken from scraping on curbs/driveways but it depends on the situation...any parking lot impact over 1mph and you bet it's going to break.
