Default Looking for a new job

Hey guys,

Looks like I will be unemployed in the near future. Not the best of timing as I am scheduled to be moving into my new home in April. Anyways....I know a lot of you are in technical positions so was hoping someone here might know of something available. It only has to be temporary. My career focus has been IT Management/Help desk leader ship/etc., but I can be flexible for the time being. If you think you might have some information for me or your company is hiring, please help me out and send me a PM.

Thanks!
~Mike

Damn. Sorry to read this, Mike. I'll keep my ears open if I hear of any thing down that way.

Thanks Aaron
Thomas, you'd be surprised. Basically the deal is I have 2-3 weeks to find something and my current company will keep paying me while I look. Management jobs tend to take longer to find so if I can't land something in the 2-3 week time frame I'll need something lined up just to help pay bills and keep myself busy. I'll text you later so we can talk if you're serious.

I don't have any pull down in VA (and not much here, either ) but if you find something here, http://careers.northropgrumman.com/, I can submit you. It carries a little more weight than if you submitted yourself.

Mike -

Sorry to hear about your job bud. Similar to Aaron, I work for one of the big contractors (CGI Federal), and can send you my email to use as a referral if you find something here you think you'd want to apply for.

http://www.cgi.com/en/careers/working-at-cgi

I work out of the large CGI office right next to where Fair Lakes Cars & Coffee meets, to give you an idea of what the commute might be like.

Good luck with your search.
