Default looking for rear SO-2's

Need 2 rear SO-2's with at least 50% tread to drive out to Topeka and back, good enough condition to use as rain tires for the Solo2 championships (I know, there's better tires out there for rain but my fronts are decent, and I don't want to buy 4 new tires).

anyone local have a pair to sell? Need them by 9/5. thanks!

PS: SO-3's or even Toyo T1-S's will also be fine.

What size are you looking for? OE or bigger?

SO-2: OE size
T1-S: 245/45-16
SO-3: not sure what size, whatever is closest to OE.

Also- word is that TOYO RA1s are great wet autoX tires, but need full tread.

thx.

I have 2 SO-2s on the rim at the moment. They would need to be removed from the rim (a cost I don't wish to absorb)...but as I'm moving up to 17" Racing Hart C-2s, my SO-2s are going to be sitting in the garage on the rim until this winter when I move them off for all-seasons on my stockers. Easily 60% tread left.

How much are you interested in spending for SO-2s? Would you pay for the dismounting as well

My rims are dang near only 3K miles old (as I just purchased them recently from Aww Dude & he'd had them closeted since he'd upgraded to his Works). That is really the mileage on the tires as well. Since S-02s (in my experience) are good for 8-10K miles...that's why I suggested that my tires have 60%+ tread still on them.

Here's a pic of all four:

But I think I need to find a buyer that wants these tires for street use. I received a PM from Vic and I can appreciate that he is only trying to snag some "burn 'em up" tires for the track. And that's fair enough. I'm sure he'll find someone that has a couple rears with ~ 50% treadlife left.

Vic...also sorry I'm a bit out of the way for you. I can understand that...just thought I'd mention I have some if you were interested & I *wasn't* out of your way. Not a problem.

Thanks,
Dave
