$800 seems reasonable for what you get. I know my one bedroom place is running $1000! Maybe if you posted pictures of your and your roommates you would have more luck?

Actually I'm not doing to bad, since I just started looking yesterday. The good thing is, we are not dependent on another roommate to afford the place so there really is no rush. But it would be nice to have the extra cash in the pocket

I'm a very karmic person, so I believe, if it's the right thing to have a roommate it will happen.

 

Holy cow you guys think $800 is high? You couldn't even get a cot in NYC for that much.
