machine shops in Va Beach area

I am looking for a shop in the va beach/norfolk area that does good machine work and can build an s2000 head. I'm getting my car ready for boost so I want to make sure I take it to a nice shop. They will need to be able to mil the head, valve job, and install a new valve train. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a Peakboost turbo kit on the way with a garrett gt35r and I'm dropping compression with an inline pro 3mm head gasket. I am going to run as much boost as Inline pro feels comfortable tuning me to.

Where is Abacus?
