Mid-A Calendar Finished!
Don't get me wrong it's the first time my car has been shot professionally by a photographer. I'm more than happy I purchased the calendar. I'm just disappointed because I hyped myself up with the "professional shoot" mentality. I lurk the Gallery section a lot, and I thought the result was gonna turn out like that.
Kudos to MKP for donating their time as always. Annie and Marcus are nice people.

I don't know. I have mixed feelings about it. The day of the shoot was a fun day. It was great to meet new people and hang out. I would'nt say they "donated thier time". MKP represented themselves as a business and provided us with a service. There getting paid with every calendar they sell. To me $35 is expensive for a calander. But for one with "professional" photos. That price is a bargain. I was more than willing to pay for the "professional service" As i also had the "professional shoot" mentality that ended with disapointment. Out of the three photographers i feel at least one should have used a tripod and another using filters to eliminate glares on windshields. That alone would have added variation to the shots. I'm proud to purchase the calander for Cales page and all of Brians efforts.

Oh and for the record, Brian, I thought they were going to use one of your car's warehouse pics.

I'll put another one together for 2011, but next time i'll use a website to make it and use submitted photos so we have complete control on how it looks. Possibly pics we all vote on?
