From my center to the bottom of the beltway is 20 miles.

Offer stands. If some folks can start the evening off early, you are more than welcome to make your wy to the center(it's a center, John... not an alley ), hangout, bowl on the cheap, and have a couple of beers(also inexpensive). I'll have to leave straight from work, so I'll already be there. It's not like you go clubbin' at 7-8pm, do you?

 

That could work. If we start off at the Bowling Center in the early evening around 5ish. Then make our way into the city a few hours after that traffic should be fine northbound (back towards DC). In DC there are plenty of places to go depending on what kind of atmosphere everyone wants to be in. Or there is always Georgetown with multiple places to go within walking distance.

I wish we could stay until the weekend but Cheryl and I are only in town from Wednesday till Friday. Hope you could still try to make it..
