While leaving work yesterday my co-worker backed into me! Good thing he is a good friend because hes going to pay for damages and he will live after hitting my car. So car goes in on the eighth to get a new bumper cover and the AP2 bumper is the exact same cost. What do you all think, should I go with the AP2 bumper? Does anyone have pics of an AP1 w/ an AP2 bumper with the stock exhaust? Thanks in advance!

 

i personally like the ap1 rear bumper more then the ap2 rear bumper.....

 

Yeah. I would go with the ap1. If you get the ap2. You'd have to get it painted anyways.

oh its no biggie about him hitting it, hes a good friend. im taking it to a body shop and the price would be exactly the same for either bumper so paint is not an issue.

 

 

Yup... AP1 rear bumper over the AP2 rear bumper.

 

Man, that sucks.... You just got the car too... Well if it isnt going in till the 8th, your still going to the autocross on the 6th, right?

 

I have the AP2 rear. Not overly fond of it. I chose it because of the curvy lines. They seemed to carry the lines from the front to the rear. AP1 exhaust tips do not look good w/ the AP2 rear. You should get the AP2 tips if you go that route.
