guys i need alot of help... i need to get an emissions test but i dont have enough money to get a stock cat put on. i need someone to tell me if they know someone or someone on here can a hook an emissions test up! would be very grateful and i can pay extra!!!

3. you can only get emissions done at a a couple MVA run locations.
4. If you don't have a CEL, you should be fine. they only plug in the OBD2
