i'm assuming you have a plate # and want to use that to track someone?

 

Friends in Law Enforcement are better.

 

yeah you're more likely to find a willing cop. i also think it's easier for them.

I am calling off the hounds. The package just arrived.....two days later than anticipated. Seem the individual in question mailed it two days later than promised...AND DID NOT INFORM ME!!!!!
