with parts that I listed as an example in the OP...paint matching to the T, isn't needed IMHO. As long as it's the right paint color & no orange peel it's all good with me.

oh trust me the paint job is going to be great... sometimes the paint is sliiiiightly off because your painting a new part and the rest of the body has the old faded paint. so it's only natural that it can be slightly off unless you blend it.

%-wise...about how much more does it cost to blend the paint rather than just getting a part painted individually? How close would something like front fenders look?

it's relative. Depends on how old your car is, how long it's been out in the weather, if you've taken care of your paint... hard to say..

and i dont know about the blending.. The paint has been pretty dead on all the stuff i've had painted so i never asked because i could hardly tell the difference.
