First, I must compliment you on your color choice. As Fed said, it is clearly the choice of champions.
Second, as a new owner, I know you are probably quite nervous about the car in terms of service, etc. I don't want to be an alarmist and I don't want to frighten you, but I am forewarning you not to go to Herson's. Get a friend with a truck to pick up the hardtop and take it to Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville for the install. JCH is about 25 minutes away (beautiful ride) and is well worth it for that piece of mind.
Herson's damaged my car. It will never be the same. Period. I am not the only person to have problems with them either.

BTW, I am probably going to Herson's tomorrow to raise hell. Perhaps I will see you (hopefully not as you will cancel your appointment). I'll be that guy in the suit (beleive it or not guys, I actually wear them sometimes ) with the police officers behind me.

EJ, did you put a deadline on the letter you sent them? You might want to think about waiting a little before contacting the insurance company, and the police, they might back down, and agree to fix it all.

 

EJ- From your post I can only assume that Hersons has not complied to your recent letter you have sent. It is truely sad that this whole incident has to come to this. It looks like they are in for a quite a fight from you (deservingly so). I wish you the best of luck in your search to correct this terrible wrong. If there is anything we can do please let us know.

I saw a girl today driving a silver...........she had a big red bow on her hood. I thought that was interesting. She wouldn't waive though.
