s2kVA04 - glad to see another person from the Beach
We've got an awesome bunch of people in Hampton Roads. Tonight we're heading out for a bite with one of our friends from North Carolina (ricosuave), and you're more than welcome to come - be a good chance to meet some of us.
Welcome s2KVA04 and BNavZ you have a plastic rear window and shouldn't drop the top when it's too cold out. Me I have an '02 so I always drop the top. Lowest temp so far is 8 which was a little chilly but Sunday, Monday and Tuesday were fine.

Poindexter - Thanks for the invite
... I'd def like to get a chance to meet some of you guys, but unfortunately I already have some plans for later on tonight... Let me know what time you guys are meeting up and where and maybe I can stop by before hand.

It is the vinyl in the top that crack and wears when you drop the top below 50 degrees. The way to do it is heat the car up and let the heater run hot for a few minutes. When you can feel the outside of the top is a bit warm, then drop it. Only downside is putting it back up
