i got another question, how are the laws there in VA about modded cars? emission inspections required?

umm, if your car is registered in florida or somewhere like that you will be good to go. But inspections suck, tinting laws suck, front lisence plates suck, and well not speeding sucks

 

VA beach seems like the most active part of Mid-A

 

You F/I driver you..."not driving fast sucks" haha

Front plate law = Who gives a shiznit?
Tint law = ...well on your car with the red and black it'd look cool... (i'm not a tint person)
Inspections = It's not that crazy...as long as your ECU passes through all codes, you should be fine

Hey bud...

The laws here suck! With that said just like everywhere else if you drive with some common sense you should be fine, if you drive like and idiot 75% of the time you will get tickets for everything that's modded on your car. Here in VA from what I gather if it didn't come from the factory it is illegal. Look forward to meeting you. Bill
