I just bought a house in Sterling! My first home. Out settlement date is August 22nd. Just that I would share that with you all.

My sister lives right near Lowes Island Elementary in Sterling. She took me to dinner at "Sweetwater Brewery" - Awesome bar/restaurant. Highly reccommend it if you haven't gone there yet.
