Bill is THE MAN. Most of us do our own maintenance type stuff around here. Mod Day's are pretty popular.
I either call Bill when I get over my head or go to P-Tuning for the major stuff.

As for maintenance and modification, as Jeff noted, many of us in the area perform all of this ourselves so if you're interested in wrenching on your own car you'll find a great deal of willing help and guidance!
Also we have quite the active and enthusiastic track-going community here in the Mid-A so if you're interested in really driving your car there's plenty of support for you
