New S2000 owner in MoCO
New guy here checkin' in from the Subaru world. I just bought my 06 this week and totally love it, not as fast as my Subaru but that is not always the most important thing. I can tell you this car stock handles better stock than anything I have ever driven.
I had the windows tinted 20% all around and am on the lookout for for coilovers and a set of BBS LM's
Here is my 06 from what I gathered from the dealer this car once had coilovers, wheels and a hard top. I was kind of apprehensive at first buying a pre modded car but I told them I want a compression test done and the car on a lift for me to look it over. They agreed everything was super clean the numbers were 165-170 across all 4 so everything was within factory specs. Let me know what you guys think and how many other owners are here in MoCO?

Congrats on the purchase!
Those compression numbers seem low, but it's more important that all four are close to one another. Can't see pics here at work, but I'm sure the car is nice. If you go with the LM's, you will be different. There haven't been too many S's on this board with them because of their price and weight. They look good though.

Thanks!
I was thinking that too about the numbers but after talking with my mechanic (not the dealer) he told me that they can be between 135-228 with variation of like 28 iirc. He also noted that all gauges read different and engine temps, barometric pressure play a huge role in this as long as there close it is all good.
Really there are only a few S's with LM's I think they look awesome on these cars.
