Default New Wheels....... Finally

Hello all,

After much soul searching & a long arduous search I finely broke down & purchased some new (to me) wheels for my yellow beast. My car will no longer be confused with an AP1 based merely on the fact that she had the wrong wheels on her.

They are Advan RG-D's
Front 17x8.0 +54 - Tires 225/45ZR17
Rear 17x9.0 +60 - Tires 255/40ZR17

They fit perfectly, required no modifications & the car handles like you wouldn't believe.

I like them so much more than I thought I would. I wish I had done this months ago. Really changed the car for the better, both visually & performance wise. Highly recommended upgrade.

I had to brag a little - Hope everyone has a nice weekend - arbez

9 in the rear with 255 really require no rolling of fenders?

Do you plan on suspension modifications in the future?

This is all depends on wheel's offset and how much you lowered your car. It seems like he didn't lower his car just yet so he should be alright

Car is at stock height & will remain that way as long as I own her. So far, not even a hint of rubbing, even though I've tossed her around pretty good testing the fit. The tires come just to the inside of the wheel wells. Couldn't be a more perfect fit. Amazing how a little wider wheel & some larger sticky tires really change the way the car performs. I hate to say it, but now “It handles like it’s on rails!”.
