all of you that have these goals or benching 200-225 like 10X, are you trying to bulk up or gain stamina/endurance in your lifts? cause i saw some posts saying you want to bulk up like 10lbs but bench 200 10X. and its a little contradictory. less reps = more size. more reps = more stamina/endurance and also less muscle mass/size in general to compensate for stamina. sorry ive never used it but i am a certified personal trainer lol just trying to figure out what your goals were and make them more realistic. good for you all trying to maintain or get to healthy weight.

I came to check in on myself and saw that I never posted. It must have be a jinx to post because I did terrible in '06 and '07, but did well so far this year.
