Completely normal. I keep mine off because it sounds better at WOT (edited to say that it is also because I am too cheap to buy an intake). I have read that you lose a few HP by taking it off, but I like the noise more than I miss the 2 or 3 HP.

Kills your MPG's more than anything else. I read somewhere on the forum if you clean your butterfly on the throttle body it takes away that whistling noise.

I cleaned mine when I put plugs in at 60k miles and the noise didn't go away. My MPG's didn't change except when I drive it harder because I like the noise. On an average week I still get 26-28mpg. I don't remember ever getting much more than that.

That's not true because I had literally JUST cleaned my throttle body (albeit not that thoroughly, but still) before making the video

10000% normal mate ....on another note does anyone get that rattling noise when you start the engine on very cold days? Hate it and scares the crap out of me
