w3rd... Route 7 to Route 9 is the way to go...
You will want to follow 7 to the Leesburg bypass and hop on 9 just on the west side of Leesburg. Follow 9 through northern Loudoun County and into WV. I am about 3 miles inside the border and down Mission Road.
It's so easy even a caveman could do it.

I would suggest taking the Toll Road and The Greenway, but the tolls suck.
It will cost you about $4 each way...
7 is not that bad on the weekends especially early in the day.
Just say "no" to the Greenway...

7 shouldn't be too bad on a Sat morning going West, but we'll keep the greenway in mind.

Don't keep it in mind... Seriously! You will hate yourself in the morning.
7 is easy and clear Saturday mornings.
