well, the car is finally fixed for real.

they took my car for an hour this afternoon and installed a brand new front lip, and also were able to buff and polish the paint on the rear bumper to look like the rest.

i guess i thought i'd post and give the guys at spectrum a break. carl (the shop manager) was super courteous throughout this whole ordeal and bent over backwards to make things right with the car.

so no bad karma against spectrum.
