NoVa and DC sightings

saw a sick silver s2k today on kingstowne village parkway off beulah road. you were following some bikes and i was the meathead waxing my bimmer outside w/the huge grin on my face as your cars bov went off when you went by me. is that turbo'd or sc'd? i've heard some sc'd cars that have sounds similar to bov's. if anyone knows which car this is or whose car it is let me know.
